Privacy Policy

Last updated

Adlooper is developed and operated by Solvigo AB, the company behind the service. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit the Adlooper website, use the service, connect advertising accounts, request access or receive service communications.

Who is responsible

Solvigo AB is the data controller for website enquiries, account administration, security and its own business communications. When processing advertising or customer data on a business customer’s instructions, Solvigo AB acts as that customer’s processor under the applicable agreement. If your information was collected by a customer, contact that customer or ask us to help route your request. Company registration number: 559529-3647. Address: Valhallavägen 140, 114 59 Stockholm, Sweden. Contact our data protection officer for privacy enquiries at info@solvigo.ai.

Using Adlooper

We receive information from you, your organisation and the services you choose to connect. This includes account and business contact information, uploaded documents and creative materials, connected-account information, campaign activity and results, and records of how the service is used. Customer and lead information is processed where you provide it or authorise a relevant connection.

We use this information to provide and secure Adlooper, create and manage marketing materials, support authorised campaign workflows, analyse performance and provide reports and recommendations. AI services may process relevant information to help generate content and insights. We do not use customer content or personal data to train or fine-tune AI models.

For connected services, access depends on the accounts and permissions you grant. We use connected-platform data to provide the authorised service, not for unrelated advertising.

Where we are the controller, we rely on performance of a contract to provide agreed services to individuals and on our legitimate interests to administer business accounts, provide support and protect the service against misuse. We process information needed for statutory obligations on that legal basis. Consent-based website features are described separately below. When we process data for your organisation, we follow its instructions under the applicable data processing agreement. Your organisation is responsible for the lawful basis for that processing.

Analytics and cookies

We use necessary browser storage to remember your privacy choices. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are activated only after consent. Analytics helps us understand website use and improve the visitor experience. Advertising features support campaign measurement, remarketing and personalised advertising.

Optional measurement may include pages visited, referral sources, approximate location, device information and website interactions. With your advertising consent, contact details you provide, such as your name and email address, may also be used for customer matching and improved conversion measurement. Identifiers used for matching are hashed before transmission through this feature; hashing does not make them anonymous. Advertising providers may associate visit information with an account you hold with them, subject to your consent and account settings.

You can accept or decline optional categories and withdraw consent through . We do not load optional measurement technologies before consent or after you decline all optional categories. Necessary functionality remains available.

Your privacy choices are remembered for 12 months. Optional analytics cookies may remain for up to two years. Withdrawing consent stops further optional measurement for the withdrawn category; previously collected information is handled in accordance with the retention and deletion provisions below.

Service providers and transfers

We use service providers for hosting, storage, communications, analytics and AI processing. Authorised personnel and providers may access information as needed to provide these services under the applicable agreements. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell personal data. Contact us for details of the providers relevant to your account.

Our providers may process information outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States, or access it remotely for support. European hosting does not guarantee that all access is limited to Europe. Applicable safeguards may include the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified recipients and standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the safeguards applying to your data and how to obtain a copy.

How long we keep data

Service and connected-account data is retained as needed for the authorised service, customer instructions and applicable legal requirements. The period depends on the data type, purpose and account status. When processing for a customer ends, we delete or return personal data at the customer’s choice and delete remaining copies unless applicable law requires retention. Data in backups remains protected until it is overwritten under the applicable backup schedule. Valid individual deletion requests are handled under applicable data protection law. Retained data remains protected and is not used to continue the terminated service. Contact us for retention information for your account.

Enquiries and access requests are retained while we assess and respond to them and manage the related business relationship. Account and support records are retained for service administration and resolving outstanding matters. Security records are retained for investigating incidents and protecting the service. Contractual and accounting records are retained where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. Website measurement records are retained for the reporting period needed to assess website and advertising performance, and then deleted or anonymised. Retention is limited to the relevant purpose; withdrawing consent does not by itself erase information already lawfully collected.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal.

Email info@solvigo.ai to exercise your rights. We normally respond within one month; a permitted extension will be explained to you. You can also complain to Sweden’s supervisory authority, IMY.

Request deletion of your data

Email info@solvigo.ai with the subject Adlooper data deletion request. Include the email address associated with your Adlooper account, your company or workspace name, and whether you want to delete your account or data from a particular connected service. Do not send passwords or other sensitive credentials. If additional verification is necessary, we will explain how to provide it securely.

We will verify your identity or authority using the minimum information needed, clarify the scope where necessary, and respond within the period required by applicable law. We will explain any data we must retain and why. Where we act for a business customer, we coordinate the request with that customer.

You can also revoke access in the settings of the connected platform. Revoking access stops further access through that authorisation but does not automatically delete information already stored in Adlooper. Use the request process above for deletion. Deleting data from Adlooper does not delete the original campaigns or information held by a connected platform.

Enquiries and service communications

We use the contact and company information you submit to assess your request, respond to enquiries and manage our business relationship. Required fields are indicated in the form. You can browse the website without submitting an access request.

Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), where applicable. Other business enquiries are handled under our legitimate interest in responding to prospective customers (Article 6(1)(f)).

We send communications needed to respond to your request or provide the service, such as access invitations, account notices and security information. These communications are based on the applicable contract or our legitimate interest in administering the requested service. Submitting an access request does not subscribe you to promotional newsletters.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change and seek renewed consent where required.
