Privacy Policy

Adlooper is a product developed and operated by Solvigo AB. This policy describes Solvigo AB's processing of personal data in connection with the Adlooper website, access requests and related communications.

Who is responsible

Solvigo AB is the data controller for the processing described in this policy.

Solvigo AB, company registration number 559529-3647, Valhallavägen 140, 114 59 Stockholm, Sweden. Privacy enquiries and requests may be submitted to info@solvigo.ai.

Analytics and cookies

The website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how it is used. Choices are presented in two separate categories. Statistics covers measuring use of the website in order to improve it. Marketing covers measuring and improving Solvigo AB's advertising. Neither is selected in advance, and either may be given without the other.

The information processed may include page views, referral source, approximate location, device and browser information, and interactions with website features. Specifically, the website records: page views; how far down a page the visitor scrolled; clicks on links leading away from the website; that the access request form was opened, and from which button; that the visitor began filling it in; that it was submitted; whether the visitor asked for email updates; that the form was closed without being submitted, how far the visitor had got and how long it was open; technical failures in submitting it; and the privacy choice the visitor made.

Where the visitor is in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics is switched off until consent is given, and the legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. In other jurisdictions, where prior consent is not required for this processing, analytics is active by default and may be switched off at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. The visitor's region is determined by Google from the connection and not by Solvigo AB.

Refusing consent does not affect access to or operation of the website.

Google Tag Manager is used to load and control the analytics tag. Tag Manager does not itself set cookies or collect personal data.

Where consent to statistics is not given, the analytics tag still runs but transmits only aggregate signals that carry no identifier and set no cookies. This allows visits to be counted without the visitor being recognised or followed, either during the visit or on any later one. Where consent is withdrawn, cookies already set are removed and no further identifying data is collected.

Where consent to marketing is given, Google may associate the visit with the visitor's signed-in Google account, where that account has Ads Personalization enabled. This allows a visitor to be recognised across their own devices and produces aggregated reports on age range, gender and interests. It also makes the data available to Google for advertising and audience purposes. Where consent to marketing is not given, none of this occurs.

Where cookies are declined, campaign parameters present in the link the visitor followed may be carried in the address bar between pages, so that a visit can still be attributed to the campaign that produced it. Nothing is stored in the browser for this purpose.

The consent preference is retained for 12 months. Consent may be changed or withdrawn at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal prevents subsequent identifying collection in the browser and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies.

The website stores the selected privacy choices in local browser storage for 12 months. This is required in order to apply them and to avoid asking again on every visit. It is not used to identify anyone.

After analytics is accepted, Google Analytics may set the cookies _ga and _ga_<property-id>. These cookies distinguish browsers and maintain session information and may remain for up to two years.

Service providers and international transfers

Solvigo AB engages service providers for website operation, email and analytics. These providers may process personal data only for the relevant service and subject to applicable contractual and data protection obligations.

Information submitted through the access request form is stored in Google Workspace, in a spreadsheet controlled by Solvigo AB, and a summary is sent by email to Solvigo AB once a day. Google acts as a processor for that storage, and Solvigo AB's Google Workspace data region is set to Europe, so this information is stored within the European Union. No other party receives the submission.

Google may process analytics data in the United States and other jurisdictions. Transfers outside the EU or EEA are subject to applicable transfer mechanisms, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable and standard contractual clauses where required.

Solvigo AB does not sell personal data. Where consent to marketing has been given, analytics data may be used for advertising, remarketing and audience purposes as described above. Where it has not, it is not used for those purposes.

Retention

Access requests and related correspondence are retained while the matter remains active and for up to 12 months following the last substantive contact. Information may be retained for a longer period where necessary to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

User-level and event-level analytics data is retained for 14 months. Aggregated reporting data may be retained for a longer period where it no longer directly identifies an individual.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable data protection law, individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing completed before withdrawal.

Requests may be submitted to info@solvigo.ai. Solvigo AB will respond within the period required by applicable law. Individuals also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY, at imy.se.

Access requests and enquiries

When you request access or contact Solvigo AB, we process the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, company and the contents of your communication.

The information is processed to assess and administer your request, respond to enquiries and manage subsequent communication concerning Adlooper. The applicable legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR where processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement. In other cases, processing is based on Solvigo AB's legitimate interest in managing business enquiries under Article 6(1)(f).

Access requests are not used to subscribe individuals to unrelated marketing communications. Where separate consent is required for marketing, it will be requested independently.

The form includes an optional checkbox for email updates about Adlooper. Ticking it is consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and is recorded with the request. Leaving it unticked has no effect on the request itself. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by replying to any message or writing to info@solvigo.ai, and every email sent on that basis carries an unsubscribe link.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website, processing activities or applicable legal requirements. Material changes affecting consent will be presented for renewed consent where required.
